All delivery drivers will deliver packages in entryway.  Employee(s) will disinfect packages before bringing them into building.  Packages will then be delivered to your door.  We will call and let you know it has been delivered.

Incoming mail is dropped off outside the building.  Employee(s) will wear gloves and put into the correct mailboxes accordingly.

Please limit your visitors to delivering necessary supplies.  We encourage them to drop off supplies and employees will deliver to your door. If you are experiencing any issues with getting food or supplies, please contact Jean at extension 5005.  We may be able to assist you in getting these items.

Common Areas will continue to be open, however, please consider if it is necessary to congregate in the common areas.  While you may feel comfortable doing this, other residents passing through, may not.  It is in your best interest to adhere to the guidelines of no more than 5 individuals in the common areas and practice social distancing, maintaining a distance of at least 6 feet from others.

The Dining Room will continue to be open.  The regular few that do sit in the dining room have remained at a safe distance.  Please follow the table guidelines:

6 top table, no more than 3 individuals.
4 top table, no more than 2 individuals.
2 top table, no more than 1 individual.

Residents, please continue to sit at your regular table. Table linens are changed after each sitting, and tables and chairs are wiped down and sanitized.

We encourage you to call in a TOGO order and we will deliver it to your room. You may order a TOGO order in advance and schedule a delivery time. Please try to call in your order for dinner before 3:30 pm, instead of during busy dinner hours of 4pm-6pm.  If you would like to know the “specials of the day”, you can view channel 900 in your apartment or call the front desk.

We know this is a trying time for all of us.  We understand guidelines need to be put into place, but we are also looking out for our resident’s emotional and mental state of mind.   We know that interaction with each other is the only social interaction you may have.   We want everyone to be emotionally and mentally healthy, as well as physically healthy.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Stay safe, healthy, and happy!

Your Regency Manor Team
